RESPONSIBLE GAMING
Win It All (WIA) is committed to fostering a safe, transparent, and enjoyable experience for every participant. We want our contests to remain a source of entertainment — never stress or financial strain. This page explains the tools, resources, and commitments we maintain to help you play responsibly.
1. Legal Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal minimum age in your jurisdiction) to register or participate in any contest.
WIA uses secure age-verification systems (e.g., GBG) to confirm identity and prevent underage play. Any account found to be held by a minor will be closed and all participation voided.
2. Setting Your Own Limits
We encourage every player to set limits before they start playing.
- Deposit Limits — Cap how much you can deposit daily, weekly, or monthly.
- Loss Limits — Choose a maximum amount you’re willing to lose within a given period. Once reached, you cannot enter additional contests until the limit resets.
Time Limits / Session Limits — Limit how long you stay logged in or how often you can enter contests within a day or week.
Entry Limits — We also enforce maximum entry counts per user per contest to ensure fairness.
You can manage or adjust these limits any time in your Account → Limits section.
Note: Requests to increase a limit take effect after 24 hours; decreases are immediate.
3. Self-Exclusion & Cooling-Off Periods
If you feel you need a break, you can temporarily or permanently restrict access to your account:
Cooling-Off Periods — Pause participation for 24 hours, 72 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
Self-Exclusion — Exclude yourself from all contests for 1 year, 5 years, or permanently. Once active, self-exclusion cannot be reversed until the period expires.
To initiate a cool-off or self-exclusion, contact support@winitall.com or access Account → Self-Exclusion.
4. Detecting and Addressing Risky Play
Our automated systems monitor gameplay and deposit patterns to identify potential risk behavior — such as frequent high deposits or chasing losses.
If we detect unusual activity, WIA may:
Send you a responsible-gaming reminder.
Recommend a self-imposed limit or cool-off.
Temporarily suspend contest access for your protection.
5. Recognizing Problem Gaming
Warning signs may include:
Spending more than you can afford to lose
Feeling anxious or irritable when not playing.
Chasing losses or trying to “win it back.”
Neglecting personal or professional responsibilities due to play.
If any of these sound familiar, we encourage you to take action immediately using our in-app tools or by contacting a support organization below.
