WIN IT ALL – CONFIDENCE POOL GAME RULES
1. Overview
Confidence Pools reward accurate predictions and how confident you are in them. Each week, you assign a unique confidence value to each matchup (N down to 1, where N equals the number of eligible games that week). If your selected team wins, you earn the points you assigned to that matchup; if it loses or ties, you earn 0 for that matchup. Highest weekly total wins the pool.
2. Eligibility & Jurisdiction
Participation is limited to users who are at least 18 years old and physically located in permitted jurisdictions when submitting picks and entering contests. Location is verified via geolocation. Self‑excluded users or those on exclusion lists are not eligible. One account per person.
3. How the Confidence Pool Works
3.1 Weekly Schedule and Lock
Each pool displays a weekly lock time in Eastern Time (ET). All picks for that pool must be submitted before the posted lock, which is typically the kickoff of the first listed game. After the lock, picks cannot be added or edited.
3.2 Making and Editing Picks
Before the weekly lock, select one team per listed matchup and assign every confidence value exactly once (N to 1). You may edit your selections until the lock. After the lock, all selections are final. If you do not submit picks before the lock, your entry scores 0 points for that week.
3.3 Confidence Points and Scoring
Assign N points to your most confident pick, then N‑1 down to 1. A win earns the assigned points; a loss or tie earns 0. Overtime results count as final. Official league data determines outcomes.
4. Results, Postponements, and Ties
If a game is postponed beyond the contest week or results in no contest, that matchup scores 0 points for all entries. If a game is completed within the same contest week, it is graded normally. Ties earn 0 points. All results rely on official league records.
5. Entries, Fees, and Cancellations
Entry caps, fees, and minimums are shown on each pool. If a pool does not meet the minimum number of entries, it may be cancelled and entry fees refunded. Multiple entries may be allowed per user if stated on the pool card.
6. Prizes & Payouts
After rake, the remaining prize pool is awarded to the winner(s) within 72 hours of final settlement, into the user’s in‑app wallet. Winners are responsible for taxes; required forms may be issued where applicable.
7. Tiebreakers
If entries are tied for a prize position, prizes are split equally among tied entries unless a specific tiebreaker is listed on the pool card. If a custom tiebreaker is provided, it will be displayed in the pool details and applied to determine final standings.
8. Conduct & Fair Play
Fair play is required. Prohibited conduct includes collusion, sharing accounts, automated tools, multi‑accounting, or attempts to circumvent eligibility, geolocation, or platform safeguards. Violations may result in disqualification, forfeiture, or account action.
9. Disputes & Support
Disputes must be submitted to support@winitall.com within 24 hours of result posting for the relevant pool. Platform records are final in case of discrepancy between the app and any other communication.
10. Privacy & Data
Personal data is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Geolocation and other eligibility checks may be used to verify compliance with jurisdictional requirements.
11. Rule Changes
These rules may be updated. Material changes will be communicated in‑app or by email. Continued participation after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised rules.
12. Definitions
Contest week: The time window defined on the pool card for the listed matchups.
Lock time: The deadline (ET) after which no picks may be added or changed for that pool.
